Double Stitched Circles
Hanging Stars
Filigree Moon
Filigree Border
Baby Clothesline BannerStitched Clouds from the Stitched Sun & Clouds

Hello Tag (September 2015 Club Kit)

Marci is colored with Copics:

           R85, R83, R81

The album can hold 13 pictures of 3.5 x 5 1/8":

You can read the full post and view the projects of the rest of the team HERE.

This album was a paper cover version of another album, with a fabric cover, which I've created lately, inspired by a very talented friend of mine in Israel - Ola Homenok.

This is my first version of the album:

I hope you like both of them.

Have a nice weekend and see you soon.

Hugs,
Alexandra

Purse Mini Album - Tutorial

Hello!

Now I have 2 purse albums, one bigger and another - a really cute one - smaller. For the smaller version I have a video tutorial available in several parts on my You Tube channel.

You may view the pictures of the larger album in the post here.

In the current post, though, I want to show you the smaller purse (both alone, and in comparison to the larger album).

So, the mini version measures 6 1/4" x 5". The spine is 2 3/4". There are 6 pages inside. I used Ginger's tutorial as a base for creating my pages.

In my video tutorial, I take you through the process of creating the pages, with a little change from those in Ginger's tutorial.

Here's a guide for cutting the card stock and patterned paper, as well as the punch marks for the Envelope Punch Board (EPB).

The pictures below show a bit of inside decor of the album:

You can find a video with the walk-through for the larger album here:

And the tutorial for creating a smaller version of the album here:

Part 2b

Part 3 (Final)

Since I got a lot of messages from people, who wanted to know whether I have a tutorial for the larger version, will answer here - No, unfortunately, I don't.

Although I have this only picture that I took while creating the first larger purse album. I hope it will help you to figure out the rest of the measurements:

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Alexandra

Winter Blues - La-La Land Crafts

Hello dear friends!

I have a rather simple card to share with you today, and for creating it I used only the dies (from La-La Land Crafts) and didn't color any image.

Here's the list of the dies:
Fancy Christmas Tree
Lattice Bracket
Small Lacy Border
Small Snowflakes
Stitched Nested Circles

And here is the card itself:

I glued together several tree dies to make it look dimensional, and then embellished it with the bells.

You can check the cards by the rest of the Team Friday in the post here.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Prima Stationer's Desk for the Purse/Photo Bag Mini Album

Hello guys!

I finished another shaped mini album. For creating it I used a "Stationer's Desk" paper collection from Prima.

** Can you believe that my post with this album gained over 700 likes in Prima FaceBook Group?! Thank you, everyone who liked it and shared :)**

To tell you the truth, I didn't that much like these papers at first, and from the 12" x 12" sheets I bought only 2 pieces of the "Roses Are Red".

Since the album measures 8" X 6.5" I had to think about the way for creating the cover and the pages using only these 2 sheets (well, plus a 6" X 6" pad that I also had).

The album spine is 3" and there are 6 core pages in the album. For creating 4 of them I used Ginger's tutorial, and another 2 are simple pocket pages with the photo mats inside.

Here are just a couple of close-ups:

And more of the inside views:

I will soon have a tutorial for creating a smaller version of this purse album, so please stay tuned and subscribe to my You Tube Channel if you don't want to miss it.

Here's a video preview by the way :)

Have a great weekend!

Hugs,
Alexandra
